Welcome!

Our first project at Sculpture House welcomed the talented students of the Prince’s Foundation Building Arts course for their end-of-course project. This unique program offers professional artists, craftspeople, designers, and other creatives the opportunity to hone specialized skills in areas such as ceramic tiling, plasterwork, stained glass, textiles, and furniture design. For their final project, the students contributed their expertise to a variety of bespoke installations around the house.

The students completed projects for the house including bespoke encaustic tiling on the entrance steps and disabled ramp, a stained glass entrance screen, clay plastering, beaten copper lighting, and a handmade bench with a naturally dyed woven seat.
