Ferguslie Dye Gardeners

A free, fortnightly drop-in workshop is starting for Ferguslie residents at Sculpture House with textile designer-in-residence, Laura Spring.

Laura is developing a dye garden at Sculpture House to create natural dyes and print pastes for use in textiles and is looking for local participants to join her on this journey.

Workshops will follow the growing cycle of the plants from seed to flower to harvest. Then we will turn the harvested plants into our own textiles over the winter months. Each session will be led by Laura as we learn, share and create together.

Refreshments will also be served. No experience necessary, Open to anyone over the age of 16.
